Bersin & Associates and AchieveGlobal proudly announce the release of a new research study.

This study examines how organizations across the globe are meeting their current business and talent challenges with innovative learning and talent solutions. Conducted in the first quarter of 2008, the study addresses the following key issues:

  1. What are the key business and talent challenges facing companies around the world?
  2. How are companies addressing these challenges, in terms of organizational structure, talent initiatives and learning solutions?
  3. What best practices can organizations use to improve their programs and investments?

For this study we interviewed 40 L&D and HR executives from around the globe to understand how they are meeting their business challenges with high-impact learning and talent solutions.

This session will present the findings from the study, highlighting best practices learned from these global companies.
