David Mastervich has been with the U.S. Postal Service ( USPS) for more than 30 years. Currently, David is the Manager for Catalogs, and Saturation Mail which are approximately $9 Billion dollars of revenue for the USPS. His U.S. Postal Service career includes: Managing the Headquarters Sales Strategy Team, Managing international consolidators for the U.S. Postal Service global products, leading a national sales team focused on direct mail growth. David is responsible for Every Door Direct Mail.

Vincent DeAngelis, Vice President, Postal Relations, Neopost USA

Vincent DeAngelis (Vinnie) has over 25 years experience in the mailing industry and joined Neopost USA in May of this year as Vice President of Postal Relations. Previously, Vinnie spent more than 20 years with the U.S. Postal Service as Manager of Ad Mail Sales Development, and was Regional Director of the New York Sales Center before being named National Director of Sales and Business Development and Director of Brand Management, Value Added and Special Services, at the U.S. Postal Service in Washington, DC.
