You can create custom web pages to make additional information about your event available to participants. Your custom pages will have a similar look and feel as your event's registration page and related email correspondence.
Select Resources --> Custom Pages from the menu (log-in required).
Click the Add button.
Enter the Name of your custom page. The name you enter here appears on other pages of the Event Manager . Use a name that will help you distinguish this particular page from others you might add.
Select a Banner. Banners are graphic images that are displayed on most web pages and communications produced by the Event Manager . If you already uploaded banner images, their names will appear in the dropdown list. If you have not loaded any images, see Images for step-by-step instructions.
Enter a Headline. The Headline appears prominently at the top of your page, just below the banner. Enter a brief phrase that captures the main point of your custom page.
Enter a Tagline. The Tagline appears at the top of your page, just below the Headline. Enter a brief phrase that complements your headline.
Select a Format. The look and feel of your page is determined by your Format selection. Currently, there is just one option: Standard.
Enter your Content. The Event Management System uses Textile Markup for composing content that will appear on web pages. Textile markup allows you to create web page content, even if you do not know Html. For more information about using Textile Markup see Textile.
Check Share if you would like other users in your account to be able to use this page in their events (recommended).
Check Lock to prevent other users in your account from changing the page (recommended). In most cases you want to keep control of pages that you share. Checking Lock keeps colleagues from changing the pages that you share.
