Once your logged in with Admin privileges, click Brand Admin – Select Event
Enter the date and/or account name of the event, and find the correct event. Click Select.
Go to Event Setup – On Demand Settings.
Take note of the Account Number on the upper right hand corner of the page. (ex. MB00xxx)
First, locate the recording file. Infinite places the zip file into a folder labeled: “MB000416 (Infinite)”.
Next, create the appropriate folder on the Rackspace server. To do this, first open the Recording folder on the Rackspace desktop.
Then, locate the Account Number you found in step one and open that folder. (If that folder does not exist, create it.)
Next, create a folder for the new recording. Use the following naming convention: YYMMDD. (If the recording took place on July 4th, 2011, name the folder 110704) We’ll call this the “Event Folder”.
Drag the .zip file from the “MB000416 (Infinite)” into the event folder.
Right click on the .zip file, and click WinZip – Extract to here.
Rename the zip file to match the naming convention of the folder: YYMMDD.zip
Still on the Rackspace server, Open CrossFTP.
In Cross FTP, the file path on the left is the local Machine. Locate the event folder. The directory should be: “D:\ProdFiles\Recording\MB00xxxx”
Still in Cross FTP, the file path on the right should be logged into the Amazon Server. Open the same customer’s directory. The directory should be: “encore/MB00xxxx”
Drag the event folder (YYMMDD) from the Rackspace file path on the left to the Encore file path on the right.
Once the event folder has been transferred to encore, right click on the folder in Cross FTP and click “Properties”
Check the box in the “Public” row and the “Read” column. Check “Apply changes to subfolders.” Click “Commit”
Open the event folder in Cross FTP.
Locate the file with the “.html” extension. Right click on this file, and click “URL”
Click “Copy to clipboard”
Go back to the On Demand Settings page that you opened in step 1.
Right click on the Recording URL and click Paste.
Click “Save & Test” to make sure the recording is working.
Click “Fulfillment Email,” then “Open Email Draft in Outlook”
Review the e-mail in Outlook. Check to make sure that the link to the .zip file within the email is working. Click Send.
