You can set up a Landing Page to help promote your event.
Open the Landing Page Settings page in the Event Manager:
Event Setup > Landing Page Settings (log-in required).

Select the Event that you want to work with from the Event List.
Enter details about your Landing Page:
Event Description (Required). Enter a description of your event as you would like it to appear on your Landing Page. You can apply special formatting and embed links in your description using a simplified Textile Markup . For details on Textile Syntax, click here.
Presenter(s). You can specify up to 4 Presenters to showcase on your Landing Page. You must first use the Presenters page to set up the presenter. Then use the Presenter dropdown list(s) on the Landing Page Settings page to assign the Presenter(s) to an event.
The Presenter #1 Dropdown list always appears on the Landing Page Settings page. Presenter #2, Presenter #3, and Presenter #4 Dropdown lists only appear if you set up additional presenters.
Preview your Landing Page. Click the link labeled Landing Page Link to open your event's Landing Page. After reviewing the Landing Page, you can click on your browser's 'Back' button to return to the Landing Page Settings page. A sample Landing Page preview is shown below.

The URL of your Landing Page is displayed on the Landing Page Settings page with the label Landing Page Link. As you develop email campaigns and web pages to promote your event, use the Landing Page Link to direct visitors to the Landing Page.

The Landing Page is an optional feature. Depending upon what resources your have at your disposal and your preferences for promoting your event, you might opt to take your traffic directly to your event's registration page. See Using a Standing Session and Landing Page for more information.
